This short comic by Owa (ojiisanholic) was inspired by another Tumblr post from ohdionne (previously known as facingthewaves) about an experience with a customer. Both posts are great by themselves, but the fact that one built on the other is a pretty cool example of the creative and collaborative potential of online connections.
